CANCELLATION COSTS

WEB RATE

– No Show and/or cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival: 100% corresponding to the total amount of the reservation; in high season (Christmas, February, Easter, August and long weekends) 5 days prior to arrival.

PACKAGES INCLUDING SKI PASSES

– No Show and/or cancellation 5 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEE

Discounted rate requiring a non-refundable prepayment of 100% of the total reservation. No modifications or cancellations are allowed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Prices are valid except for typographical errors.

Hotel Roc Meler reserves the right to correct any discrepancies that arise when the system calculates the rate. In this case the hotel will notify the customer, as soon as possible, the correct rate. The customer may accept the change or cancel the reservation without charge.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

• Room check-in: from 3:00 p.m. onwards.
• Departure from the room: until 12:00 h.

Ski packages with ski pass included: By default, the first day of skiing will be the day after check-in and in case you want to change it, please contact the hotel: info@hotelrocmeler.com

There is also available the option of ski insurance that covers expenses caused by accidents on the slopes and loss of ski pass, its price is 5.50 € per person per day. If you are interested in hiring them, please contact the Hotel and provide the name and date of birth of each skier.

TOURIST TAX:

The price of the reservation does not include the tourist tax of 2,09 € per person and per day (maximum 7 days) for people over 16 years old, to be paid directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.
