As a general rule, rooms may be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Once you have made your reservation, we will send you a confirmation of your booking, with all the services detailed.
It is not necessary to present invoices or any other document, since what the hotel requires is the reservation, together with the ID card or passports of the reservation holders.
Hotel Roc Meler has a reception, 3 living rooms and a fireplace. The hotel structure is created all the way down, with the reception on the ground floor.
On floor -4 is our Irish bar with 2 terraces overlooking the Roc del Quer; On floor -5 is our restaurant with 2 buffet bars, a wine bar and access to the bar. On floor -6 is our SPA with swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi, sauna, hydromassage jets, 2 massage rooms and a gym with the basics.
We have 2 covered parking lots, one right in front of the facilities and another one 50 meters away from the facilities. We also have 12 free parking spaces and 1 handicapped parking space at the front of the facility. Inside the parking lot you will find ski storage, bike storage, ski rental store and bike workshop.
Yes, you just have to search on the website to check availability, make the payment and we will send you the confirmation of your reservation.
Once you have made the reservation you must contact the hotel directly, with the data that will appear in your confirmation, and pay the corresponding amount, add previously in the description of the initial reservation or you can also add the parking service from the web in the services section.
